We are a team of Belgian Zendesk enthusiasts that craft unique apps for Zendesk that will improve your agents’ experience.
At Tripelhop we focus on making sure you’ve got the right tools at hand to get the most out of Zendesk.

We’ve got over a decade of experience working with customers and we still enjoy working with them at Premium Plus – one of the world’s biggest Zendesk partner. At Premium Plus we ensure our customers can deliver the best possible experience for both customers, agents and support staff alike.

What kind of apps do we make?

• Our apps for Agents focus on improving the work experience of your customer care team, giving them more context and allow them to get the most out of Zendesk

• Our apps for Teamleads give you insight in your team, allow you to automate or manage Zendesk features and improve the efficiency of your team.

• Our apps for Developers are build on our experience working with the Zendesk platform and are a series of tools we use ourselves to setup, troublehsoot and deploy Zendesk instances.

We just released our first three apps this month:

• Intelligence Viewer, giving you more insight in intents, sentiment and languages detected by Zendesk AI, and provides a missing UI for the new custom entities.

• CSAT Viewer unlocks the data hidden in Zendesk’s new customizable CSAT right next to your tickets

• API Viewer provides an easy way to look into API calls right from within Agent Workspace without the need of external tools or developer skills.
