This privacy policy focuses on Tripelhop as a company. Our apps have their own privacy policy as can be found on our Help Center.
Our approach
Privacy is a fundamental human right. We do not store, process or share data unless required for operational, legal or financial reasons. We adopt a data-minimal approach in our operation.
Tools used that may contain personal information:
Squarespace (privacy page)
Zendesk (privacy page)
Cloudflare (privacy page)
Stripe (privacy page)
Since Zendesk operations across the world, and our services interact with customers across the world, data may be processes world wide.
Where possible we store data in Europe, but assume data is cached by the above tools worldwide.

By accepting the cookie banner on our website we might store data to inform on traffic and visitor behavior. This data will not be linked to you. See this page for more information
By contacting us via the support widget and webpage we store your email, name (if provided) and browser version. We pass the last 10 webpages on the tripelhop.dev domain to us to assist with giving you specific support on your inquiry.
Data not saved
We do not actively store your IP or other identifiers.
We do not track your behavior outside of our website via Facebook, Google or other tracking.
Data Shared
By buying via the Zendesk Marketplace, you share your name, email, address and billing information with Stripe
By subscribing to our newsletter you share your email with Squarespace, our email tool
By emailing us your email gets processed via Cloudflare as an MX endpoint, and email is stored in Zendesk. If your email headers contain your name, or if your email content contains PII this data is also stored in Zendesk.
Your information will not be provided to third parties without your prior consent, unless it is required to do so by law.
Data retention
We store your subscription information in Stripe for legal and tax reasons indefinitely.
We store your communication in Zendesk for up to three years and have an auto delete policy setup.
Data deletion rights
You can request a deletion of your data from our instances. For financial and tax reasons we need to store a copy of transactions in Stripe, but will remove and delete all communication in Zendesk. A Data deletion request also implies immediate suspension of our services since we can not store any (new) data for you.
You can email privacy@tripelhop.com for any such requests.
Data modification rights
You can email privacy@tripelhop.com to request an update to your name, address or other personal information.
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email via the email footer.
Data export rights
You can email privacy@tripelhop.com to request an export of any data we have on you, including conversations, invoice information.
