Zendesk’s customizable feedback surveys give you more control over your rating scale, display options and feedback questions.
By default Agent Workspace only shows you a good or bad result missing out on all that rich data. The CSAT Viewer fixes this by displaying the full survey results, including emojis, custom labels and all feedback given on the survey questions.
This application only works with the new customizable CSAT surveys.

Actual Rating Scale
The CSAT Viewer shows the full rating details of your customers. You can see the rating they gave (on your 2, 3 or 5 step scale) including their actual feedback.

Positive Feedback
For questions where the customer leave positive feedback you can, as opposed to the native Zendesk functionality, see the customers comments.

Negative Feedback
For negative feedback you can see their rating, comment and feedback reason in more detail than in the native Zendesk view

We offer two license options, both available on the Zendesk Marketplace
Agent Based
$3 per month
Perfect for smaller instances or when you want to enable the app only for a few agents.
Instance Based
$39 per month
You pay a flat fee for the entire instance no matter how many agents you have. Ideal for bigger instances.
